Hi, I’m Lisa Jones, Broker and Owner of Vantage Point Realty Co. I’m a proud native of Rhode Island, the biggest little state in the Union. I moved to Florida as a newlywed in 2000. After living in Winter Garden for two years, we settled in Minneola. I’m the mother of one (a Florida native) who is about to complete a Bachelor’s Degree at uMass Boston and spreading her wings. I am a homebody by nature but also enjoy spending time doing group exercise like pilates and yoga,; taking long, scenic drives while listening to an eclectic mix of Rock, Pop, Dance and Punk from the past 40 some odd years; and visiting our world-famous theme parks. (Personal opinion: the Popeye water ride at Universal is the best ride ever since it’s a fun way to have a laugh with family, friends and complete strangers.)

After entering the wonderful world of real estate in 2004, I found the timing wasn’t right. I bowed out, watched the market go crazy and got back into the business in 2007; just in time for the crash. I flourished. I work hard and with integrity; believe in treating others with honesty and respect; and believe my successes have stemmed from listening to and responding to client needs with timely, accurate, informative analysis and insights; being transparent; having a little fun along the way; and just being myself. Essentially, I know how to listen, when to talk, I usually know when to be quiet, have a knack of anticipating needs and swiftly providing honest answers.
