Presentation is one of the most crucial pieces in listing and marketing a home. Vantage Point Realty Co. employs an award-winning photographer and videographer to ensure your home is presented in the best light possible. Award winning photo services include still and drone photography and a 3D Matterport tour to market your home.
Since presentation is crucial, we also provide pre-listing preparation and staging advice and showing tips. Staging a home for sale does not need to cost anything or involve bringing in specific furnishings or accents to help a home sell. We can often improve the presentation of a home simply by moving pieces around or removing items that don’t flatter the space. Occasionally, a home may need a little more. We can help with that as well and provide virtual staging as needed.
Multiple Listing Service
Your home is immediately listed on the Multiple Listing Service which updates a daily catalog of homes for sale through its member brokers and an on-line computer network, available to its members, with photos and descriptions of all listed properties. We personally submit photos and the descriptive elements of your home to ensure that you have the best possible representation on the MLS.
On The Internet
When a home is listed for sale in the Multiple Listing System (MLS) it is automatically syndicated to countless real estate websites including Zillow and Realtor.com as well as other local real estate brokerage websites, including our website under the Featured Listings tab.
Current research from the National Association of Realtors indicates that more than 80% of home buyers now begin the buying process online. Our website includes the most advanced tools available, including Active Maps and automatic email notifications, to give buyers the most reason to keep coming back. Any listing that is listed on an MLS receives this syndication service through the broker’s membership.
